清真食品安全体系构建的措施与思考
近年来, 食品安全事故频频发生, 对中国食品行业造成了很大的影响, 当前, 中国清真食品安全状况不容乐观, 清真食品不“清真”的问题依然存在。清真食品要求在原料、加工、储藏、运输及销售等各环节均符合伊斯兰教法规、穆斯林饮食禁忌和国家强制标准的要求, 不存在可能损害或威胁人体健康的有毒有害物质以致消费者病亡或者危及消费者及其后代的隐患的食品。本文从清真食品安全的概念的入手, 结合国外清真食品的管理先进理念, 对中国清真食品安全体系的建立提出相应的措施, 并从清真食品安全立法、国家清真食品安全标准的建立、认证体系的完善、科学的检测、标签标识的规范等方面进行了论述, 为进一步建立和完善清真食品安全体系提供参考。
In recent years, food safety accidents occur frequently, and had a great influence on China's food industry. At present, China’s halal food security situation is not optimistic, the problem of nominally halal food which is not halal food actually still exists. Halal food required that all aspects of raw materials, process, store, transport and market should be in line with the requirements from the three of Islamic law, Muslim food taboos and National mandatory standards. Any halal food containing substance which is poisonous and harmful to human body health may cause disease or death in consumers is not allowed to exist. This article focused on the concept of halal food safety, combined with foreign advanced management concepts, and put forward the corresponding measures in connection with establishment of halal food safety system. In addition, the essay disserts several parts including that safety legislation of halal food, the establishment of a national halal food safety standards, certification system of perfect and scientific detection and label specification etc . in order to further establish and perfect halal food safety system.
