沙门氏菌快速测试片在食品检测中的初步应用研究
目的  应用3M沙门氏菌SALX测试片法检测食品中的沙门氏菌。方法  对67批自然样品, 以及使用3个沙门氏菌标准菌株进行人工污染的20批样品, 同时采用3M沙门氏菌SALX测试片法与国家标准方法GB 4789.4-2010进行检测并比较, 评价3M SALX沙门氏菌测试片法检测沙门氏菌的检测性能。结果  3M沙门氏菌SALX测试片法与国标法符合率达95.5%, 各有1例假阳性和假阴性。结论  3M沙门氏菌SALX测试片法操作相对简便, 稳定性好, 与国标法有较高的符合率, 作为一种新的沙门氏菌检测方法, 仍需进一步积累检测数据。

Objective  Using 3M PetrifilmTM SALX detect Salmonella in food. Method  Totally 67 natural samples and the 20 simulated samples with 3 deferent Salmonella standard strains respectively were detected for Salmonella with 3M PetrifilmTM SALX detection method and GB 4789.4-2010 simultaneously, the results were compared and analyzed. Results  The coincidence rate of the 3M PetrifilmTM SALX detection method and GB methods is 95.5%, with 1 false positive and 1 false negative result. Conclusion  3M SALX method is easy to operate and has a good stability and quite good coincidence rate while comparing to the GB method. But as a new detection method, further data collection and applied researches are necessary.
