分散固相萃取-表面增强拉曼联用法快速检测 蔬菜中10种有机磷农药残留
目的 建立分散固相萃取-表面增强拉曼光谱法(dispersive solid phase extraction-surface enhanced raman scattering, d-SPE-SERS)快速检测蔬菜中10种有机磷农药残留的分析方法。方法 采用分散固相萃取对豇豆样品进行前处理, 结合表面增强拉曼光谱技术进行检测并进行方法学验证。结果 10种有机磷农药在0.2~15 μg/mL的质量浓度范围内, 与相应的特征峰强度呈良好的线性关系, 相关系数在0.9863~0.9995之间, 检出限范围为0.2~1 μg/mL, 平均加标回收率在59.3%~100.1%之间, RSD≤11.2%(n=5)。结论 该方法具有操作简单、迅速、准确性高等特点, 适用于豆类等蔬菜中多种有机磷农药残留的快速筛查及鉴定。
Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by dispersive solid phase extraction-surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (d-SPE-SERS). Methods Cowpea samples were pretreated by d-SPE and then detected by SERS. The method was validated by a series of tests. Results Ten kinds of organophosphorus pesticides had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.2~15 μg/mL with the corresponding characteristic peak intensity, for which the correlation coefficients were ranged from 0.9863 to 0.9995. The detection limits were ranged from 0.2 to 1 μg/mL. The average recoveries were ranged from 59.3% to 100.1% with RSD lower than 11.2% (n=5). Conclusion The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate, which is suitable for the rapid screening and identification of various organophosphorus pesticide residues in legumes and other vegetables.
