农药残留储存稳定性的研究进展
农药残留检测对农产品安全、食品卫生有十分重要的意义。残留试验样品运送到实验室后, 需要根据农药的性质以及样品类型确定储存条件和储存时间, 保证在储存期内待测物的性质和含量不发生变化, 确保分析结果的可靠性和科学性。国内关于农药残留储存稳定性研究的规定和储存稳定性影响机制的研究较少,而国外相关机构均对农药残留储存稳定性做了详细的规定和要求。本文综述了美国环境保护署(United States Environmental Protection Agency, EPA)、经济合作与发展组织(Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, OECD)及联合国粮食及农业组织(Food and Agriculture Organization, FAO)等机构对农药残留储存稳定性操作指南、不同样品基质中农药残留储存稳定性研究进展和农药残留储存稳定性的影响因素, 并对分析样品的储存提出了建议, 以期为农药残留储存稳定性的深入研究提供参考和借鉴。
Pesticide residue analysis has great significance for agricultural products’ safety and hygiene. Experimenters should determine storage conditions according to the nature of the pesticides and the type of samples, so as to ensure that the content of analytes do not change during the storage period and the results are reliable and scientific. The domestic provisions seldom conduct the research on storage stability of pesticide residues and its influence mechanism, while abroad institutions have regulations and requirements for storage stability in detail. This review summarized the operation guide for storage stability, research progress of different samples storage stability and factors which influenced the storage stability of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), meanwhile how to store the samples was suggested, in order to provide references for in-depth researches.
