甲鱼肽粉对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究
目的   研究甲鱼肽粉对小鼠免疫力的影响。方法   将 200 只雌性健康小鼠随机分为 5 个实验组,  每组分为低、中、高和阴性对照组,  连续灌胃给药 30 d 后对不同剂量组进行细胞免疫功能(Con A 诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验、迟发型变态反应)、体液免疫功能(抗体生成细胞检测、血清溶血素的测定)、单核-巨噬细胞功能(碳廓清实验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验)和 NK 细胞活性检测。结果   甲鱼肽粉有促进小鼠迟发型变态反应的作用,  能提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平,  增强小鼠 NK 细胞的活性。结论   在本实验条件下,  甲鱼肽粉对小鼠具有一定的免疫增强作用

Objective    To study the effects of turtle peptide powder on immune function in mice. Methods  A total of 200 female mice were divided into five groups randomly and fed with the powder at the dosage of 0, 0.25, 0.5, and 1.5 g/(kg·bw) respectively for 30 d and then 7 indexes of immune function were tested to judge the effects of the turtle peptide powder on immune system. Results    In comparison with the control group, the delayed hypersensitivity was accelerated, and the quantity of the antibody-producing cell and the sheep eryt-hrocyte antibody levels in serum were raised and the activity of NK cell was improved. Conclusion  Turtle peptide powder could enhance immune function of mice.
