食品中有害物质分析样品的制备
食品种类繁多, 涵盖范围广泛, 样品预处理就成为实验室检测步骤中关键的一步。本文简述了食品样品预处理过程中保障结果准确性和重现性的几个重要方面, 以最大残留限量为例, 比较了我国和其他国家及组织规定的分析部位, 讨论了一些需要注意的问题。以Gy采样模型中易测可控的样品颗粒大小为重要参数研究了其对样品缩分及均匀度的影响, 和冷冻捣碎机的优点及以后可能的应用, 最后简要地强调了样品存储的重要性。
Sample pre-treatment is a critical step in the laboratory measurement, since food samples are variable and cover lots of fields. The paper reviewed several aspects that were essential to maintain the accuracy and precision of determination results. Based on the products to which the MRLs apply, we compared the regulated analysis portion in our country and others. Several questions about the analysis portions were also mentioned. According to the Gy’s fundamental sampling model, particle size was employed as a readily detectable and controllable parameter to evaluate the necessity of sample homogeneity and size reduction on achieving representative samples. Newly developed instruments, cryogenic mills, had lots of advantages and their potential applications were discussed. Sample storage was also included in this paper.
