兽药残留检测技术研究进展
近年来, 动物源性食品中的兽药残留问题引起了世界范围内的广泛关注。发展快速、简易、高灵敏度、高通量的兽药残留检测技术已成为迫切需要。本文分别对兽药残留分析的前处理技术和测定技术进行了较全面的综述, 对各种检测技术的检测原理、操作步骤及各自的优缺点进行了比较分析, 并对兽药残留检测技术在未来的发展方向作了进一步的展望。

In recent years, the problem of veterinary drug residues in animal derived food has drawn wide attention in the world. It is imperative to develop rapid, simple, highly sensitive, and high-throughput analytical methods for veterinary drug residues. A comprehensive review was presented here on the sample pretreatment and determination methods of veterinary drug residues. The principles, operation procedures, advantages and disadvantages of various analytical technologies were analyzed and compared．Possible future directions in the analytical methods used for veterinary drug residues were also outlined.
