芥子油苷代谢调控和葡萄糖信号转导研究进展
芥子油苷是主要存在于十字花科植物中的一类次生代谢物质, 具有重要的生物学功能, 如参与植物自体免疫反应, 与植物对病原微生物侵染或昆虫攻击的防卫反应有关, 并具有抗癌活性。目前芥子油苷生物合成的主要途径已经基本阐明, 关于其代谢调控网络的研究是一个新的研究热点。葡萄糖既可满足植物生命活动所需的物质和能量, 又可以作为信号调控多种物质代谢过程, 且葡萄糖信号转导途径的相关研究已经取得较大进展。本文综述了当前芥子油苷代谢调控和糖信号转导的研究现状, 并对糖信号转导途径调节芥子油苷代谢的分子机制研究进行了展望。
Glucosinolates, mainly existing in cruciferae plants, are a group of secondary metabolites. Glucosinolates and their degradation products are known to play important roles in plant interaction with pathogens and herbivores. In addition, they are also important for human health because of the remarkable an-ti-carcinogenic activity. Although the core pathway of glucosinolate biosynthesis has been clarified, the regulation network of glucosinolates remains to be further elucidated. Glucose is not only a universal substance and energy source preferred by most organisms, but also a signal molecule modulating many developmental and metabolic processes. Great progress has been made in glucose signaling in recent years. Herein, we review the current progress of studies on glucosinolate metabolism and glucose signaling, and future studies on regulation mechanism of glucose signaling in glucosinolate metabolism are highlighted.
