二极管阵列反相高压液相色谱法测定保健品中天麻素的含量
目的 建立保健品中功效成分天麻素的反相高压液相色谱分析测定方法。方法 样品中天麻素经乙醇加热回流提取、蒸干, 乙腈?0.05%磷酸溶液(5∶95)溶解, C18反相柱分离, 在波长220 nm处检测。结果 此方法的回收率为95.0%~99.4%, 相对标准偏差为0.6%~1.7%。结论 此方法简便快速, 准确可靠, 可用于一些保健品中天麻素含量的测定。
Objective To establish an reversed-phase high pressure liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for the detection of gastrodin in health care products. Methods Gastrodin in samples were extracted with ethanol in water bath, evaporated and re-dissolved with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (5∶95), then separated by C18 reversed phase column, and detected at wavelength of 220 nm. Results The recovery of the method was 95.0%~99.4%, RSD was 0.6%~1.7%. Conclusion The RP-HPLC method for detection of gastrodin is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and it could be used for determination of gastrodin content in many kinds of health care foods.
