毛细管气相色谱法测定食品中丙酸
目的 建立食品中丙酸的毛细管气相色谱测定法。方法 食品中的丙酸钙经磷酸酸化、沸水蒸馏、甲酸酸化后, 用KB-FFAP石英毛细管柱分离、氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测。结果 丙酸在10.0~250.0 μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数为0.999, 检出限为0.04 g/kg, 加标回收率为80.3%~84.5%。结论 此方法检出限低, 适用于食品中丙酸的检测。
Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatography method for the determination of propionate in food. Methods Calcium propionate in food samples was acidified by formic acid, distillated with steam and acidified by formic acid, then was separated by KB-FFAP quartz capillary column and detected by FID detector. Results The method showed good linearity over the range of 10.0~250.0 μg/mL for propionate with r=0.999. The detection limit was 0.04 g/kg and the average recoveries of samples were 80.3%~ 84.5%. Conclusion This method has a low detection limit and it is suitable for the detection of propionate in food.
