国内外食品过敏原标签管理现状与趋势
本文主要概述了食品安全中过敏原问题的特点和风险控制手段, 通过对国际食品法典委员会（CAC）、欧盟、美国、日本、澳大利亚和新西兰、加拿大等国家(地区)有关过敏原标签的管理现状进行对比分析, 阐述了目前食品过敏原标签的现状与发展趋势, 同时介绍目前我国食品过敏原标签管理的状况, 并就过敏原标签对我国食品出口可能产生的影响提出了相关的建议。

This article summarizes the characteristics of allergens and the control measures corresponding to the management of food allergens. The allergen labeling management of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), the European Union, the United States, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, Canada and other countries (regions) was analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, the situation and the development trends of the food allergen labeling were elaborated. Meanwhile, the status of food allergen labeling management in China was introduced. Some recommendations were proposed for the allergen labeling management affecting China’s food export.
