毛细管气相色谱法测定酱油中丙酸盐的 不确定度评定
目的 对毛细管气相色谱法测定酱油中丙酸盐含量的测量不确定度进行评定。方法 分析测量过程中不确定来源, 建立数学模型, 并对测量不确定度进行评定。结果 当酱油中丙酸盐含量为0.75 g/kg时, 其扩展不确定度为0.06 g/kg (k=2)。其中, 回收率、拟合的标准曲线和标准溶液配制对不确定度的影响较大。结论 采用毛细管气相色谱法测定酱油中丙酸盐含量应严格控制实验条件, 保证实验具有良好的重复性、标准曲线具有良好的线性, 并保证样品回收率符合要求。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty for the determination of propionate in soy sauce by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The sources of uncertainty in the process of determination were analyzed, a mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established and the effect of measurement uncertainty was assessed. Results The expanded uncertainty was 0.06 g/kg (k=2) with 0.75 g/kg of the content of propionate. The major sources of measurement uncertainty included the sample recovery, the calibration of standard curve and preparation of standard solution. Conclusion It is necessary to control experimental conditions, including guaranteeing the sample recovery, the linearity of standard curve, and the testing results accurately.
