国内外不锈钢食品接触材料法规研究
随着经济发展及生活水平的提高, 食品安全问题越来越受到广泛关注。近年来, 由食品接触材料安全引起的食品安全事件的频繁发生, 使食品接触材料安全成为人们关注食品安全的新焦点, 当然也包括不锈钢食品接触材料。本文从不锈钢食品接触材料的安全要求和测试条件等方面, 分析了ISO、欧盟、日本、韩国等各国的法规和标准现状, 比较了各国标准的差异, 对我国不锈钢食品接触材料标准的制定和安全评价提出了相关建议。
With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, food safety problems have gotten more and more attention. Especially, in recent years, the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, and more and more food safety problems were due to the food contact materials, so the public had paid more attention to the safety of food contact materials, including the stainless steel food contact materials. This paper analyzed the current situation of regulations and standards on the stainless steel food contact materials in the world, such as ISO, EU, Japan, Korea etc. , which was discussed based on the safety requirements and testing conditions. In addition, comparing the differences between national standards, a series of suggestions on standard and safety assessment had been put forward.
