基于静-动态力学的裂纹鸡蛋蛋壳特性研究
目的 研究探索完好鸡蛋与裂纹鸡蛋的抗压性及振动响应信号的区别。 方法 利用准静态压缩分析完好禽蛋和裂纹禽蛋蛋壳表面不同位置抗压特性,通过动态敲击分析研究完好鸡蛋与裂纹鸡蛋的区别。结果 完好鸡蛋与裂纹鸡蛋的时域及频域信号有很大区别。裂纹鸡蛋裂纹处的硬度与其他位置的硬度有显著性差异, P-value值最小达8.54×10?6。结论 本研究通过分析振动响应信号为鸡蛋裂纹的无损检测提供了理论依据, 而裂纹鸡蛋蛋壳硬度的分析对降低鸡蛋在运输贮存造成的机械损伤有重要意义。
Objective To explore the difference of anti-compression characteristics and vibration response signals between intact and cracked eggs. Methods Quasi-static compression was employed to detect the anti-compression characteristics of intact eggs and different location of cracked eggs, dynamic impacting test was used to detect the differences between intact and cracked eggs. Structural stiffness of cracked egg is destroyed and the anti-compression ability is reduced compared with intact egg. Results Differences of stiffness between different locations were significant, with minimum P-value of 8.45×10?6. The differences of time domain signals and frequency signals between intact and cracked eggs were obvious. Conclusion Non-destructive testing of eggshell crack will be improved by analyzing vibration response signals. Based on the study on stiffness of cracked eggshell, mechanical stress will be reduced during transportation and storage.
