量子点新技术在食品农兽药残留安全检测中的研究进展
近些年来, 农产品和畜牧业质量安全问题频频发生, 农、兽药残留作为其安全问题的来源之一, 如今不仅仅让自然环境面临严重破坏, 人类健康也会遭受威胁。开发快速、简便、价廉的农兽药残留快速检测技术是近年来研究的重点挑战; 量子点作为一种新型荧光探针, 比传统有机荧光染料具有更好的光学性能, 以其为基础衍生出的检测技术的研究和应用也逐渐走向成熟。本文简要概括了量子点的光学性质, 主要对其发展技术在检测农兽药残留中的应用及分析进行了综述, 并对其发展前景作了展望。
In recent years, the issues about the quality and safety of agricultural products and livestock have occurred frequently. As a source of security problems, the residues of pesticides and veterinary drug had caused serious threat on environment and human’s health. It was focused on developing a fast, simple and inexpensive method to detect the residues of pesticides and veterinary drug in recent years. Quantum dots (QDs) is made into a new fluorescent probes with excellent optical characteristics compared with the conventional organic fluorochrome. The detection techniques and researches based on QDs became more and more mature. The optical features of QDs were reviewed briefly in this paper. Its application and analysis on detecting the residues of pesticides and veterinary drug were introduced in detail. Additionally, the prospects of development were discussed.
