Objective To establish a method for determination of 97 pesticide residues in vegetarian diet. Methods Samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then purified by GPC and SPE, and finally determined using gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Results The method was well validated with recoveries between 54.3% and 128.7% and RSDs less than 24.3%. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.07~0.31 ?g/kg, and the limits of quantitation (LOQ) were 1.0 ?g/kg for all target analytes. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in vegetarian diets.
