我国农药残留标准体系建设现状和发展思路
本文综述了我国农药残留标准制定的法律依据和发展历程。从农药残留法规体系、标准体系、技术力量、国际影响力和食品安全水平等方面介绍了所取得的成效。指出了我国农药残留标准制定向体系化、强化风险评估和强调协调一致性方向发展的趋势。分析了存在的问题, 主要有法律法规有待完善, 标准规范有待健全和社会参与度有待进一步加强。提出了今后农药残留标准制定的思路和措施。
This article summarized the legal basis and development process of China's establishment of pesticide residue standards. Achievements gained in respect of laws and regulations system, standards system, technological background and international influence of pesticide residue, as well as food safety level, were introduced. The development trends of residues standard establishing, including standard systematics, strengthening risk assessment and emphasis on consistency, were pointed out. Problems existed in law, technology regulation and social participation were analyzed. Finally, ideas and measures about future pesticide residue standards development were put forward.
