基于信息间隙决策理论的含光热电站及热泵的综合能源系统低碳调度优化
摘要:为解决电–热综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)中热电供需矛盾导致的弃风及环境污染问题,提出了含光热电站及热泵的IES低碳调度优化模型。首先,在能源侧利用热泵的供热灵活性,打破热电联产(combined heat and power, CHP)机组“以热定电”的运行限制;考虑光热电站与CHP机组联合运行,进一步提升CHP机组运行的灵活性。其次,对IES中各设备容量进行优化配置,针对风电、光伏及光热出力的不确定性,采用信息间隙决策理论进行处理,提出风险规避鲁棒模型。最后,通过9节点测试系统验证所提模型的有效性,并划分不同场景验证光热电站及热泵对IES的优化效用。

Abstract:To cope with the problem of wind curtailment and environmental pollution caused by the contradiction between the supply and demand of heat and power in the integrated energy system (abbr. IES), a low-carbon dispatch optimization model including concentrating solar power (abbr. CSP) plant and heat pump was proposed. Firstly, the heat supply flexibility of heat pumps at the energy side was used to break the limitation on the combined heating and power (abbr. CHP) operation mode with ‘power determined by heat’, and the combined operation of CSP plant and CHP units was considered to further enhance the flexibility of CHP unit operation. Secondly, the capacity of devices in IES was optimally confugured and the uncertainty of the output of wind power, PV generation and solar thermal was processed by information gap decision theory, besides, a risk avoidance robust model was put forward. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model was verified by a 9-bus test system, and different scenarios were divided to verify the optimization effect of CSP plants and heat pumps to IES. Simulation results show that although the introduction of CSP plants and heat pumps makes the investment cost increased, however, the total operating cost and total carbon emission can be evidently reduced.
