电力及天然气系统中的产消者能量-备用协同优化
摘要:为解决产消者在配电网实际优化中存在的灵活性不确定的问题。提出鲁棒虚拟电池模型描述产消者灵活性,并将管理完善的产消者应用于电力天然气系统,提出多种备用资源在分布式多能源系统中的能量-备用协同优化模型。考虑到发电机组提供的备用容量很难满足大规模风电接入和事故导致的调度需求,设计了包含发电机组、储能设备、可中断负荷、产消者的备用计划,并考虑了预测误差和事故情况下备用容量传输能力的限制条件。为保护不同能源系统隐私性,采用改进的分布式交替方向乘子法求解。最后设计24节点电力系统和6节点天然气系统验证所提模型的可行性,尤其验证了高渗透率的产消者能有效提升系统经济性。

Abstract:As a way to integrate various flexible loads into distribution network, prosumers have to be proved to be able to effectively improve the economy and reliability of the system. However, the flexibility of prosumers is uncertain in actual optimization. To cope with the uncertain flexibility of prosumers that existed in practical optimization of distribution network, a robust virtual battery model was proposed to describe the flexibility of prosumers, and the well-managed prosumers were applied to electricity and natural gas system, and an energy-reserve co-optimization model for multiple standby-resources in distributed multi energy system was put forward. Considering the reserve capacity provided by generating sets could hardly satisfy the dispatching requirements due to grid connection of large-scale wind power and the fault caused dispatching requirements, therefore a standby plan including generating sets, energy storage devices, interruptible loads and prosumers was designed, and under forecast errors and fault situations the restricted conditions of the transmittability for reserve capacity were considered. To protect the privacy of different energy systems, the proposed robust virtual battery model was solved by improved distributed alternating direction method of multipliers. A power and natural gas system consisting of 24-bus power system and 6-bus natural gas system was designed to verify the feasibility of the proposed model, especially to prove that high permeability of prosumers can effectively improve the system economy.
