用于电动汽车充电调度的充电站最优定价策略
摘要：为了解决传统一次能源短缺问题以及环境污染加重的问题，电动汽车因可以消纳清洁能源产生的电能，而且对环境友好，近年来得到了大力发展。但随着电动汽车及其充电设施的普及，电动汽车的无序充电行为会对电网以及交通网的运行产生较大的影响。为了协调电网和交通网的运行，提出一种充电站最优定价策略。以支路流模型来描述电网，以Wardrop用户均衡模型来描述交通网。以电力交通网运行成本最低为目标，通过自适应粒子群算法来求解优化问题，求解出每个充电站的充电电价。最后，通过案例分析，验证所提充电站最优定价策略的有效性和优越性。
Abstract:To address the challenges posed by the scarcity of traditional primary energy sources and the aggravation of environmental pollution, environment-friendly electric vehicles, capable of absorbing the electrical energy generated by clean energy, have been vigorously developed. With the proliferation of electric vehicles and charging facilities, the subsequent the disorderly charging behavior of electric vehicles results in a significant impact on the operation of power grid and transportation network, however. To coordinate the operation of power grid and transportation network, an optimal pricing strategy of charging stations is proposed. The branch flow model is employed to describe the power grid, while the Wardrop user equilibrium model is utilized to characterize the transportation network. The objective of achieving the lowest operating cost for the power-traffic network is pursued by employing an adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the optimization problem and determine the charging price of each charging station. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed optimal pricing strategy are verified through case analysis.
