基于改进海鸥优化算法的新能源制氢调度研究
摘要:针对含风、光、储的新能源制氢系统能量管理及优化运行问题,提出了一种兼顾经济性与供电可靠性的多目标优化调度方法。分析并建立了包括风机、光伏、质子交换膜 (proton exchange membrane, PEM)电解槽、碱性电解槽和储能装置的新能源制氢系统的数学模型,以综合日运行成本和可靠性成本作为优化目标,其中将售氢收益纳入系统日运行成本,制定运行控制策略,并采用改进的海鸥优化算法(seagull optimization algorithm, SOA),求解得出不同电解槽及储能装置的调度计划。算例分析表明了改进的海鸥优化算法具有全局搜索能力强、不易陷入局部最优、收敛精度高、鲁棒性强等特点,能够有效提高系统运行的经济性和可靠性。对比实验表明了所提方案的有效性。

Abstract:In allusion to the energy management and optimal operation of new energy based hydrogen production system containing wind, photovoltaic (abbr. PV) and energy storage, a multi-objective optimal dispatching method, by which both economy and power supply reliability could be considered, was proposed. A mathematical model of new energy based hydrogen production system, which contained the wind turbine, the PV power generation, the proton exchange membrane electrolyzer, the alkaline electrolyzer and the energy storage device, was analyzed and constructed. Taking comprehensive daily operating cost and reliability cost as optimization objective, in which the income of selling hydrogen was brought into daily operating cost of the system, an operation and control strategy was formulated and a dispatching plan of different electrolytic cells and energy storage devices was solved by the improved  seagull optimization algorithm (abbe. SOA). Analysis on computing example showed that the improved SOA possessed such characteristics as strong global searching ability, not easy falling into local optimum, high convergence accuracy, strong robustness and so on, thus the economy and reliability of system operation could be effectively improved. Results of contrast experiment show that the proposed method is effective.
