面向频率响应容量规划的快速随机生产模拟算法
摘要:在新型电力系统频率响应容量规划中,由于需要计及频率动态过程而进行时域仿真,已有仅考虑供需功率偏差的随机生产模拟方法已不再适用。针对新型电力系统的多资源结构,设计了包含风电、火电、燃气轮机发电、水电以及储能设备等资源类型的随机生产模拟算法框架,基于参数聚合与惯性环节拟合,建立了多资源的系统频率响应聚合模型,通过系统开环实现对最大频率偏差的解析分析,进而达到频率动态过程快速分析的目标。仿真算例表明:与基于时域仿真的传统方法相比,所提方法在满足计算精度的前提下,计算效率显著提升,可较好地满足快速频率响应备用容量规划制定的需求。
Abstract:In the new power system frequency response capacity planning, due to the need of taking frequency dynamic process into account the time-domain simulation has to be performed, and the existing probabilistic production simulation method, in which only the power deviation between supply and requisitioning parties is considered, is no longer applicable. In allusion to the multi-resource structure of the new power grid, a probabilistic production simulation algorithm framework, in which wind power, thermal power, gas turbine power generation, hydropower and energy storage equipment were considered, was designed. Based on parameter aggregation and the inertial link fitting a multi-resource system frequency response aggregation model was established. By means of open loop of the system the analytical analysis on the maximum frequency deviation was realized, furthermore, the goal of fast analyzing frequency dynamic process was achieved. Results of simulation example show that comparing with traditional time-domain simulation-based method, by use of the established method and on the premise of satisfying the calculation accuracy the computational efficiency is evidently improved, thus, the demand of making fast frequency response reserve capacity plan can be better satisfied.
