考虑碳捕集和风电出力不确定性和电热联合系统多阶段鲁棒优化的低碳调度
摘要:为实现电力低碳化、促进可再生能源并网消纳,需要系统运行实现低碳、经济、稳健的三角平衡。因此,提出了一种考虑碳捕集和风电出力不确定性的电热联合系统多阶段鲁棒优化的低碳调度方法。首先对考虑碳捕集、温控负荷等多种灵活资源的电热联合系统进行建模,然后将风电预测误差通过盒式不确定集进行刻画,考虑碳配额与碳交易收益,提出电热联合系统的多阶段鲁棒优化的低碳调度模型。模型可根据每一时段的风电实际出力做出调整,从而使后续时刻的经济、低碳综合成本最小化。再通过鲁棒对偶动态规划算法求解该模型。最后,通过算例验证所提模型在提升电热耦合系统低碳经济水平方面的作用。

Abstract:To realize low-carbon power and promote the grid-connection and accommodation of renewable energy, it is necessary to realize the balance among low-carbon, economic and stable in the operation of power grid. For this reason, a multistage robust optimization of low-carbon dispatching method for electro-thermal combined system, in which the uncertainty of carbon capture and wind power output were taken into account, was proposed. Firstly, the modeling of combined heat and power (abbr. CHP) system, in which such multi flexible resources as carbon-capture and temperature controlled load and so on were considered, was carried out. Secondly, the error of wind power prediction was depicted by box uncertain set. Thirdly, considering carbon quota and the revenue from carbon transaction a multistage robust optimization low-carbon dispatching model of CHP system was put forward. This model could be adjusted according to practical wind power output in each time interval to make the economic and low-carbon composite cost in the  subsequent time interval minimized, and then, this model was solved by robust Dual dynamic programming algorithm. Finally, the role of the put forward model in the aspect of improving low carbon economic level of electrothermal coupling system was verified by computing example.
