并联电容器对可变配电成本的影响
摘要:为了厘清电源与并联电容器间形成的有功供给过程及其附带的经济输送关系,采用功率分量理论和逆流追踪方法进行两次功率追踪运算,获得每一个电源与每一个电容器的功率供给网络,并建立电源与电容器间的功率供给关系。在进行经济核算时,发现从电源到负荷的经典有功经济核算方式会导致电容器端口有功输送费用不为零。为此提出从电容器端向电源进行经济核算,该核算方式可以保证电容器端口有功输送费用等于零。然后取电容器接入节点处的  负荷有功电价为电容器端口有功电价,根据费用平衡方程解得电源注入费用的修正量。结果表明并联电容器与电源间的费用输送关系,对并联电容器接入节点处负荷电价和电源电价都会产生影响。

Abstract:To clarify the active power supply process formed by the power source and the parallel capacitor and its accompanying economic transportation relation, by use of power component theory and countercurrent tracing method two times of power tracing operation were performed to obtain the power supply networks of each power source and each capacitor, and the power supply relationship between a power source and the capacitor was established. During the economic accounting it was discovered that the classical economic accounting mode of active power from power source to the load might lead to that the active power transmission expense at the capacitor port would be not equal to zero. For this reason, firstly, it was proposed that the economic accounting was performed from the capacitor port to the power source, and using such a economic accounting mode it might ensure that the active power transmission expense at the capacitor port was zero. Secondly, the active power price of load at the node, where the capacitor was connected, was taken as the active power price at capacitor port and the correction of power source injection expense was solved by expense balance equation. Computing results indicates that the expense transmission relation between parallel capacitor and power source impacted on both the power price of load at the node connecting with parallel capacitor and the power price of power supply.
