基于模式的配电网规划方法研究
摘要：为了简化配电网规划的过程,对配电网规划模式进行了定义,提出了一种基于模式的配电网规划方法。针对配电网规划过程中的不确定因素,引入模糊理论的方法和思想,首先采用模糊聚类分析方法将已有的规划样本进行分类,形成几类不同的规划模式。之后采用模糊模式识别方法对待规划目标进行特征识别,找到其所属的规划模式,参考该规划模式对待规划目标进行规划。采用实际数据进行算例分析,结果表明基于模式的规划方法可以有效地对配电网规划过程进行简化。

Abstract:In order to simplify the process of distribution network planning, the planning pattern of distribution network is defined, and a distribution network planning method is proposed based on pattern. According to the uncertain factors in the process of distribution network planning, the method and idea of fuzzy theory are introduced. Firstly, fuzzy clustering method is used to classify the existing planning samples to form several kinds of different planning patterns. Then the fuzzy pattern recognition method is adopted to identify the planning target and find its planning pattern. In addition, the planning target can be planned according to its planning pattern. In the end, the feasibility of the method is verified by the actual data, and the result shows that the planning method based on pattern can simplify the planning process of distribution network effectively.
