计及改进加权潮流熵的城市负荷恢复研究
摘要:随着空调以及电动汽车在我国城市电力负荷中所占比例不断增大,在城市电网故障后的恢复过程中,此类负荷产生的影响会越来越大,因此建立了考虑环境温度和停电时长影响的温控类冷负荷启动变化曲线,并根据不同的停电时间、环境温度以及停电时长对负荷恢复过程进行了多场景模拟;在负荷恢复策略中,通过网络凝聚度和节点负荷量对负荷节点的重要性进行评价,考虑负荷恢复的优先级;为了提升负荷恢复过程中潮流分布的合理性,尽量减少恢复过程中重载线路出现的概率,提出改进的加权潮流熵并将其作为负荷恢复的目标函数之一。通过IEEE30节点系统的算例,验证了所提模型和策略可以实现城市电网故障后负荷的安全高效恢复,从而使得电力系统恢复预案的制定更适应城市电网的负荷变化。

Abstract:Along with ever-increasing proportion of such loads as air conditioners and electrical vehicles in urban load, these kinds of loads play a part in the recovery process of post-fault urban power network. Thus, a curve describing the variation during the start-up process of the cooling load controlling indoor temperature, in which the influences of ambient temperature and outage duration was taken into account, was constructed, and according to different outage durations, ambient temperatures and power off times the multi-scenario simulation for load recovery processes was carried out. In the load recovery strategy, by means of network cohesion degree and nodal load amount the importance of load nodes was evaluated, and the priority of recovering load was considered. To improve the reasonability of power flow distribution during the load recovery process, the probability of appearing heavy-loaded transmission lines during the recovery process was reduced as far as possible, and the improved weighting power flow entropy was put forward and taken it as one of the objective functions for load recovery. Calculation results of IEEE 30-node system show that by means of the proposed model and strategy the safe and efficient recovery of post-fault urban power network can be implemented, so the enaction of power system recovery plan is more adaptible for the load variation of urban power network.
