弱电网下变电站级微网运行模式平滑切换控制策略
摘要：弱电网下变电站级微网联络线距离长，系统容量大，并网/孤岛运行模式切换过程中电压波动剧烈易导致切换失败，为此提出一种运行模式平滑切换控制策略。一方面分析了柴油发电机组运行控制特性，对其电压输入回路进行了改进，使其适用于多并网点微网系统；另一方面在并网转孤岛切换中考虑联络线调压器调节特性，采用经电压闭锁的功率步长控制，有效减小了切换过程中的电压波动；采用自动同期与多次同期控制相结合的方式提高了孤岛转并网切换的及时性与成功率。该策略已应用于某微网项目中，成功实现了多次并网/孤岛平滑切换，验证了所提策略的有效性。
Abstract:In allusion to substation level microgrid with master-slave control structure under weak grid, the control modes of energy storage and diesel generating sets under grid-connected condition and island operation condition were analyzed, and the input circuit of the controller for diesel generating sets had been improved to make it suitable for microgrid system with multi- grid-connecting positions. Firstly, a smooth switching over strategy for the substation level microgrid, in which adaptive energy storage or diesel generating sets were taken as the main power source, was proposed. Secondly, during the switching over process from grid-connected condition to island operation condition, based on the respective power output characteristics of energy storage and diesel generating sets the optimized and coordinated distribution of the tie-line power was performed. Thirdly, utilizing the interaction of the step-size control of power via voltage blocking with the regulation characteristics of line voltage regulator, the fluctuation of system voltage and frequency were effectively suppressed. Finally, the combination of self-synchronizing control with multiple synchronization control was adopted to improve both efficiency and success rate of switching over from island operation condition to grid-connected condition. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by the results of on-site test for practical substation level microgrid project.
