Abstract:To weigh the bilateral benefit interest between EV and charging station under complex operating conditions, firstly, the real time information of realtime road network information, the information of charging station states and the information of electricity price were comprehensively analyzed and on the basis of constructing an evaluation system for charging schemes based on weighing bilateral interests a fuzzy bilateral interest evaluation model based on time-quantized analytic network process (abbr. ANP) was further constructed to overcome the subjectivity existed during such kinds of problems solved by traditional ANP model. Secondly, an optimized dispatching strategy for charging path of EV based on road condition information and considering bilateral interest weighing was proposed to implement optimal charging path selection of EV under different environment of operating conditions. Finally, by means of road network model the proposed dispatching strategy was simulated. Simulation results show that the EV dispatching strategy based on bilateral interest weighing can provide more flexible charging path selections, and a better weighing between travel convenience and maximum revenue of charging stations can be realized.
