基于虚拟发电厂理论的双侧调峰多目标协调优化调度
摘要:随着大规模新能源并网以及需求侧多样化的灵活性资源接入,电力系统的安全稳定运行正经受着源与荷双重不确定性的考验。为实现广域能源的优化调度,需要对新能源与灵活性资源进行协调控制。基于虚拟发电厂理论,将储能系统、电动汽车、柔性负荷以及分布式新能源等需求侧灵活性资源通过虚拟发电厂方式整合后,同电源侧资源一同接受电网的调度,建立了基于系统调峰指数、电网运行成本以及用户补偿成本的电源侧与需求侧协同调峰的多目标优化模型。该模型能够充分发挥电源侧和需求侧的调峰能力,实现新能源的可靠消纳。仿真分析结果验证了该模型的有效性。

Abstract:Along with the grid-connection of large-scale new energy resources and that of various flexible loads at demand side, the secure and stable operation of power system is undergoing the ordeal of dual uncertainty of power sources and power loads. To implement the optimal dispatch of wide-area energy resources, the coordinated control of new energy resources and flexible resources is necessary. Based on the theory of virtual power plant, the flexible resources at the demand side, such as the energy storage systems, electric vehicles, flexible loads, the distributed new energy resources and so on, are integrated in the manner of virtual power plant, then the integrated loads at demand side are dispatched by the power grid with energy resources at power supply side. Based on the peak load regulation index of power grid, the operational cost of power grid, the compensating cost of the customer, a multi-objective optimal model, which can perform coordinated peak load regulation at both supply side and demand side is established to fully exert the peak load regulation capability at both supply and demand sides, to implement reliable absorption of new energy resources. The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by simulation results.
