电力市场改革下南方电网调度运行面临的技术挑战与发展方向
摘要：近年来,我国电力行业正经历一场深刻的变革。不断深化的市场化改革给电网调度运行带来了新的严峻挑战。南方电网所辖五省区,是我国电力市场改革的最前沿。市场化改革的不断深入,正改变着南方电网调度运行业务。为此,本文介绍了国外主要电力市场在调度运行管理方面的成功经验,深入分析了当前新环境下电网调度运行所面临的变化和多重挑战,在此基础上系统提出了支撑市场化发展的调度运行关键技术体系,最后结合南方电网发展实际,探讨了南方电网市场环境下亟需开展的技术储备。
Abstract:Electricity market reform is increasingly changing whole power industry in recent years, which bring great challenges to dispatching operation of power grid. Southern power grid is at the forefront in the electricity market reform in China. Dispatching operation of power grid has been greatly changed due to electricity market reform. So in this paper, successful experience of dispatching operation of electricity market in foreign countries is introduced, and the changes and challenges for dispatching operation under the current electricity market reform environment are analyzed, based on which some key dispatching operation technique that support marketing development are presented. In the end, by combining real development of southern power grid, the needed techniques under the electricity market reform circumstance in China Southern Grid are discussed.
