售电公司购售电决策及风险管理评述
摘要：开放售电侧是我国新一轮电力市场改革的重点,随之各种类型的售电公司在全国各地迅速成立,售电公司将替代供电公司承担从市场上买电、向用户卖电的职责。因此,售电公司购售电决策和风险管理是一个亟需研究的新课题。本文首先从类型、运营模式、核心业务以及利润来源4个方面分析售电公司区别于以往大用户购电和供电公司的特点,随后着重针对国内外现有相关售电公司的购电策略和风险管理研究成果进行了分类和总结。在此基础上结合我国电力市场发展背景及可能提供的增值服务,为售电公司在购售电决策和风险管理方面指出了进一步的研究方向。
Abstract:Releasing the retailer side of electricity market is the key point in new electricity market reform in china, after which various electricity sale companies have been established all over the country. Electricity sale companies will replace power supply companies to buy electricity from the market and sell it to users. Therefore, multi-electricity procurement decision-making and risk management for electricity sale companies has become a new hot research area in China. In this paper, the main difference between the electricity sale companies and big consumers or power distribution companies is analyzed from the following four aspects, such as type, operation mode, core business and profit, and the existing researches on multi-electricity procurement and risk management for electricity retailers both domestically and overseas are classified and concluded. Based on above analysis, the possible further research direction in electricity procurement and risk management is presented for electricity sale companies by considering the possible market progress of development in China and corresponding value-added service.
