配电网运行状态评价的综合赋权方法应用研究
摘要：为了对配电网的运行状态进行综合评价,提出了利用层次分析法和熵权法来确定评价指标权重的方法,首先建立配电网运行状态的评价指标体系,然后利用层次分析法计算主观权重,利用熵权法计算客观权重,为了保证权重设置的科学性,综合权重由主观权重和客观权重计算得到,并且克服了现有熵权法只能用于多方案评价的缺点,将熵权法用于单方案评价,最后根据各指标的得分和权重计算出配电网运行状态的综合评价结果,通过算例证明了此方法的有效性与合理性。
Abstract:In order to comprehensively evaluate the operation state of the distribution network, a method to determine the weight of the evaluation indexes is proposed by using AHP method and entropy method in this paper. Firstly, the evaluation index system of operation state for distribution network is established. Then AHP method is used to calculate the subjective weights and entropy method is used to calculate the objective weights. The comprehensive weights are calculated by using the subjective weights and the objective weights so as to ensure the scientificity for determining the weights. This method overcomes the disadvantage that the existing entropy method can be only used in multi\|scheme planning, and entropy is used in single scheme planning. In the end, the comprehensive evaluation result is calculated according to the scores and weights of the indexes. And a numerical example is used to prove the effectiveness and rationality of the method.
