能源转型背景下煤基分布式能源开发模式分析
摘要:在世界主要国家均推进能源向低碳化、无碳化转型，习近平总书记于2014年提出“能源革命”推动我国能源转型发展的背景下，分布式能源由于具有利用高效、运行灵活、促进可再生能源规模化发展等特点，将成为推动我国能源革命的重要方式之一。文章对煤基分布式能源创新商业模式体系进行了研究，考虑到能源禀赋及雾霾治理，我国煤基分布式能源市场定位为居民采暖和工业小锅炉散煤替代，与气基等分布式能源应互为补充，是解决散烧煤的重要方式，同时结合互联网＋智慧能源等先进技术和手段，提出煤基分布式包括多能互补能源供应、终端一体化集成供能、互联网＋智慧能源综合能源服务三大业务模式体系，引领综合、智能、绿色、低碳、高效等能源发展趋势。
Abstract：The energy system of the main countries in the world has been transferred to the low carbon and carbon free since the beginning of the 21st century, and the ‘Energy Revolution’ was put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in 2014 to promote the energy transition in our country. Under this background, the distributed energy resource (DER) is becoming one of the most important methods to promote the energy revolution in China, because of the characters of efficiency, smart operation and promoting the large scale development of renewable energy. This paper studies the new business models of coal based DER. Taking into account the energy endowment and haze governance, the coal based DER in China is focus on the replace of the coal used for residents heating and small industrial boiler, with gas based DER complement each other, which is an important way to solve the raw coal. Meanwhile, with Internet ＋ and smart energy and other advanced technologies and means, we present that the coal based DER should include the complementary energy supply system, the terminal integrated power supply system and the integrated energy services system of Internet ＋ and smart energy, to lead the energy development trend of integrated, intelligent, green, low carbon and high efficiency.
