国际能源系统转型对我国能源互联网建设的借鉴
摘要:“能源互联网”这一设想的出现改变了人们对于能源系统的认知。当前,能源互联网的内涵、架构及主要功能等概念正在不断完善,但到底应当如何建设,尚不明确,仍需借鉴国外先进的经验。美国、德国和丹麦作为较早开展能源系统转型研究的发达国家,在智能电网、需求侧响应和分布式能源系统等方面已积累了较多发展经验,能为我国能源互联网建设提供有益参考。文章首先介绍了美国、德国和丹麦这3个国家能源系统转型的发展背景、发展历程和发展方向,阐述了各国在能源系统转型中的建设理念、工程实践和发展蓝图等。在此基础上,结合上述国家地理位置、资源状况及文化背景等特点,总结这3个国家在能源系统转型中各自的发展侧重点。最后,结合我国西北、华东等地区电网建设、市场机制等现状,提出我国不同地区发展能源互联网的若干建议。
Abstract:The idea of energy internet has changed people's perception of energy system. Nowadays, the connotation, architecture and main functions of the energy internet are constantly improved. However, how to build energy internet is not clear and should gain the advanced experience from foreign countries. While some developed countries abroad, such as America, Germany and Denmark, have carried out some research on the transformation of energy system, smart grid, demand side response, combined heat and power. The experience accumulated by these countries will have reference value for China. Firstly, this paper introduces the developing background, developing process and developing direction of the three countries, including construction concept, engineering practice and development plan etc. Moreover, based on the geographic location, resource status and cultural background of these three countries, the key points of developing energy system are summarized. Finally, based on the current situation of energy consumption and market mechanism in Northwest China and East China, this paper proposes some advice for the development of energy internet in different areas in China.
