考虑负荷随机模糊性的冷热电联供区域交换功率
摘要:分布式冷热电联供(combined cooling heating and power,CCHP)负荷具有随机模糊性且冷热电耦合的特性,多CCHP联供区域与电网的交换功率会影响电力系统运行。为尽可能减少其不利影响,考虑冷热电负荷随机模糊性及耦合,首先建立不同耦合策略下单个CCHP系统交换功率模型,然后在考虑区域内各CCHP子系统间功率平衡的基础上,结合随机模糊模拟进行CCHP区域平衡,进而获得CCHP联供区域与电网交换功率。通过湖南省某市4个CCHP项目实际数据仿真验证了模型和算法的有效性。
Abstract:Considering the random-fuzzy nature of power load and the coupling feature of combined cooling heating and power (CCHP) system, power interaction between multi-CCHP regions and power grid will affect the safe and stable operation of power system. The power exchange model of specific CCHP system was built based on the random fuzzy and different coupling strategies; the CCHP regional balance was simulated, by incorporating the power balance of each subsystem, to obtain the power exchange between multi-CCHP region and power grid. Simulation case study, based on the actual data from four CCHPs of Hunan Province, has verified the proposed model and algorithm.
