海上湿气对风力机翼型及叶片气动性能影响研究
摘要:潮湿的空气连同大雾、下雨天气以及冬天结冰都会引起风力机性能降低。为了研究高湿度对风力机性能的影响,首先利用数据分析了湿空气的密度和黏性属性,评估对发电量的影响。其次,采用数值模拟的方法研究了水蒸气凝结和水汽分压力对翼型和叶片的气动性能影响。研究发现:高湿度空气下,湿气流动及翼型表面水膜的形成对翼型气动性能影响很小,可以忽略不计,然而水汽凝结对叶片结冰及污染有间接效应;空气中有大量液滴的雾天或雨天,阻力增大导致叶片气动性能退化。高温高湿度天气时,密度变化对年发电量的计算不能忽略,叶片结冰和污染物黏结的情况也是需要进一步的研究内容。
Abstract:Damp air, combined with foggy and rainy weather as well as icing, often leads to the degradation of turbine performance. Weather data analysis was performed to study the air density and viscosity of damp air, evaluating the effects of high humidity on the aerodynamic performance and generating electricity; CFD modeling was introduced to determine the influence of water vapor partial pressure of mixing flow, water condensation around leading edge and trailing edge of airfoil on the aerodynamic performance of airfoil and blade. The results show that the thin film around airfoil affects airfoil/blade performance so insignificantly to be neglected, while the water and vapor condensation has indirect effect on the blade contamination and icing; the foggy and rainy weather with micro water droplets will increase the air drag and deteriorate the turbine performance. In the case of high-temperature and high-humidity weather, the effect of air density should be considered for calculating the power generation. The blade contamination and icing are required for further investigation.
