利用弃风电量供暖的运营模式及经济性分析
摘要:受多种因素的影响，河北张家口地区弃风现象严重。针对该地区的弃风问题，提出了利用弃风电量供暖的弃风消纳方法及其运营模式。在该运营模式的基础上，分析了影响弃风供暖项目经济性的主要因素，研究了项目的经济可行性。实例分析表明，弃风供暖项目在缓解弃风问题的同时，通过对各方利益的合理分配，具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract：Influenced by many factors, Zhangjiakou (Hebei) is faced with a problem of tremendous curtailment of wind power. In order to solve this problem, an operation model of using curtailed wind power for heat is proposed in this paper. On the basis of this operation model, the economic factors affecting this project are analyzed, and the project's economic feasibility is researched at the same time. The result shows that this operation model can accommodate curtailed wind power, and has social and economic benefits by rational allocation of the interests of all parties.
