智慧风电系统架构与评价体系
摘要:针对现有智慧风电体系缺乏全面的关键指标、评价体系,以及未从全生命周期、不同层级统筹考虑智慧风电建设的问题,开展了智慧风电全生命周期建设与管理体系研究。提出了关键运营指标、数据管理成熟度、员工幸福感等7大方面的关键指标特征,从关键要素、实现过程和应用层次全面阐述了智慧风电系统架构,并建立了智慧风电评价体系,为智慧风电全生命周期建设、运营、评价提供依据。
Abstract:In view of the lack of comprehensive key indicators and evaluation system of the existing smart wind power system, and the lack of overall consideration of the construction of smart wind power from the whole life cycle and different levels, a study on the construction and management system of smart wind power in the whole life cycle was carried out. The paper puts forward the characteristics of seven key indicators, including key operating indicators, data management maturity, and employee happiness, comprehensively expounds the smart wind power system architecture from the key elements, implementation process and application level, and establishes the smart wind power evaluation system, which provides the basis for the construction, operation and evaluation of the whole life cycle of smart wind power.
