基于风光场景生成的综合能源系统日前日内优化调度
摘要:为了降低风光不确定性对综合能源系统的影响,提出日前-日内优化调度。首先,基于蒙特卡洛抽样方法生成并削减日前与日内优化调度光伏、风电场景。接着,日前优化调度以运行成本最低为目标函数,引入分时电价与分时热价并构建4种情形,对4种情形的运行成本及用能进行分析。然后,缩小时间尺度进行日内优化调度,以运行成本最低与调度调整成本最低构建多目标优化模型。最后,在Matlab中通过cplex求解器对所提模型求解,验证所提模型的准确性与方法的有效性,结果表明所提策略可以有效提高可再生能源的消纳,降低系统运行成本。
Abstract:In order to reduce the influence of wind uncertainty on integrated energy system, day-ahead and intra-day optimal scheduling is proposed. Firstly, based on Monte Carlo sampling method, day-ahead and intra-day optimal scheduling scenarios of photovoltaic and wind power are generated and cut. Then, the day-ahead optimization scheduling takes the minimum operating cost as the objective function, introduces time-of-use price and time-of-use heat price, constructs four scenarios, and analyzes the operation cost and energy consumption of the four scenarios. Then, a multi-objective optimization model is constructed to minimize the operation cost and scheduling adjustment cost. Finally, the proposed model is solved by cplex solver in Matlab to verify the accuracy of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the method. The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the consumption of renewable energy and reduce the system operation cost.
