利用光热发电提升高比例新能源系统的新能源消纳率
摘要:光热发电具有清洁、调节性能好、配有储能系统等特点,可通过自调峰提升系统接纳新能源发电量。以西北地区省级电网为研究对象,分析了光热发电对提高新能源消纳的作用,研究了光热发电在保证新能源弃电率不变的情况下,提高新能源消纳占比的可行性,计算中采用基于数学优化的生产模拟仿真程序,以周为尺度,计算全年8 760 h的系统运行状态,计及了机组启停、水电跨日调节、抽蓄跨日调节、光热电站的跨日调节等因素。研究成果可为高比例新能源系统的发展提供参考。
Abstract:Concentrating solar power generation has the characteristics of clean, good regulation performance, equipped with energy storage system, etc., which can improve the capacity of the system to accept new energy generation by self-regulating peak. Provincial power grid in northwest area as the research object, analyses the photo-thermal power generation to increase the use of new energy given, photo-thermal power generation in new energy is studied under the condition of invariable abandoned electric rate, improve the feasibility of new energy given accounted, used in the calculation of production simulation based on mathematical optimization programs, in weeks for scale, calculate the year 8 760 h of system running status, It takes into account the starting and stopping of units, inter-day regulation of hydropower, inter-day regulation of pumping and storage, inter-day regulation of photothermal power stations and other factors. The research results can provide reference for the development of high proportion new energy system.
