县域能源互联网构建关键问题研究及典型场景设计
摘要:县域能源互联网是县域重要的基础设施，关系农民生活、农业生产和县域繁荣。分析了我国县域能源电力消费的2020、2025、2030的供应形势，并从网架结构体系、信息支撑体系、价值创造体系等三方面构建了县域能源互联网体系。根据县域能源的运行特点，设计了大城市及城市群周边县城、远离中心城市但具有特殊资源条件县城、偏远且特色产业不突出的县城等典型能源供应场景设计。县域能源互联网的构建与能源供应体系典型场景的设计，有利于提高电能在县域能源消费中的比重，推广县域绿色节能建筑和农用节能技术、产品。
Abstract：County energy internet is an important infrastructure in the county, which is related to farmers' life, agricultural production and county prosperity. Promote the continuous upgrading of county energy consumption, production and resource utilization, and accelerate the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern county energy system. This paper analyzes the county energy supply situation in China, constructs the county energy internet framework system, and designs typical energy supply landscape designs, such as large cities and counties around urban agglomerations, counties far away from central cities but with special resource conditions, remote counties with no prominent characteristic industries, etc. The construction of county energy internet is conducive to optimizing county energy supply and improving county energy infrastructure network. Promote the upgrading of county energy consumption, significantly increase the proportion of electric energy in county energy consumption, and promote green energy-saving buildings and agricultural energy-saving technologies and products in the county.
