冷热双蓄与热泵耦合的综合能源系统经济效益分析
摘要:冷热双蓄技术使用单罐斜温层水储罐在供暖季储热、在供冷季储冷,该技术与热泵技术相结合,可以有效降低冷热联供项目的运行成本,提高项目经济效益。以位于郑州市建筑面积为6×104 m2的某商务办公楼建筑区域作为研究对象,提出了冷热双蓄与热泵耦合的综合能源系统,对该系统的初投资、运行成本、内部收益率、财务净现值及静态投资回收期等多项经济效益指标进行了分析,并与空气源热泵直接供冷供热系统进行了对比。分析结果表明,冷热双蓄与热泵耦合的综合能源系统较空气源热泵直供系统而言,每年节约运行成本71.26×104元,成本降低率为30.92%,内部收益率提升了6.1%,财务净现值提升了422.8×104元,投资回收期缩短了2.77年,因此将冷热双蓄技术与热泵技术相结合,可以大幅度提升冷热联供项目的经济性指标,具有良好的经济效益。
Abstract:Cold and heat storage technology uses single tank oblique layer water storage tank to store heat during heating season and cool during cooling season. The combination of this technology and heat pump technology can effectively reduce the operating cost of cooling and heating joint supply project and improve the economic benefit of the project. In this paper, a commercial office building with a building area of 6×104 square meters in Zhengzhou city is taken as the research object. A comprehensive energy system coupled with cold and heat storage and heat pump is proposed. The initial investment, operation cost, internal rate of return and static investment payback period of the system are analyzed, and compared with the direct cooling and heating system of air source heat pump. Hot and cold is shown by analysis that the double regenerative integrated energy system with heat pump coupling is straight for air source heat pump system, save operating cost 71.26 ×104 yuan a year, cost reduction rate was 30.92%, the internal rate of return of 6.1%, improved financial net present value of 422.8×104 yuan, shorten payback period is 2.77 years, so the cold hot double regenerative technique combined with heat pump technology, can greatly enhance heat and cold installations, economic indicators of the project, has the good economic efficiency.
