基于综合能源业务的电能质量服务体系研究
摘要:传统电能质量监测、治理系统基于电网侧,系统建设成本高,数据归属电力系统内部,不能及时与用户共享,具有一定封闭性;同时缺乏多维数据挖掘和分析,不能给用户提供增值服务。提出一种基于综合能源服务业务的电能质量服务体系,将传统电能质量技术与综合能源业务融合,以服务和用户体验为中心,结合用电信息采集渠道开展服务,从成本和技术上保证方案的可行性;结合边缘计算、大数据、云计算等技术,从基础设施服务(infrastructure as a service,IaaS)、软件服务(software as a service,SaaS)、平台服务(platform as a service,PaaS)3个层面为客户提供丰富的电能质量服务选择和优质的电能质量服务产品。方案符合能源互联网发展规律,能有效保证信息透明共享、终端兼容接入、分布式存储计算、支持友好互动等要求,为综合能源业务的电能质量服务体系建设提供参考。
Abstract:The traditional power quality monitoring and management system is based on the supply side. The cost of system construction is high while the data is archived in the power system and invisible to the customers, which has certain closeness. It also lacks multi-dimensional data mining and analysis and cannot provide value-added services to customers. This paper introduces a power quality service system based on integrated energy service business, which integrates traditional power quality technology with integrated energy business, centers on service and customer experience, carries out service combined power information collection, and guarantees the feasibility from cost and technology. Combining edge computing, big data, cloud computing and other technologies, the system provides customers with abundant power quality service choices and high quality power quality service products with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS). The scheme, conforming to the law of energy Internet development, can effectively guarantee the requirements of transparent information sharing, compatible terminal access, distributed storage computing and friendly interaction, which provides a reference for the construction of power quality service system for integrated energy business.
