低压配电储能变流系统变压器集成滤波电抗特性分析
摘要:低压配电网中普遍存在着用电峰谷差、三相不平衡、电压跌落等问题,因此对配电网进行升级改造,解决配电网薄弱问题,是推进坚强电网建设的重要举措。作为一种新兴技术手段,储能能有效延缓或减少配电设备扩容和建设,提供有功和无功功率支撑,提高供电可靠性及供电质量,实现电网负荷“削峰填谷”等。在低压配电应用中,储能系统宜采用模块化、小型化的分布式安装方式。由于储能变流系统中设备空间严格受限,不宜采用线性度好而尺寸大的空心电抗器,因此尺寸相对较小的铁心电抗器通常用作输出端滤波电抗器;然而铁心电抗器存在铁心磁饱和、电感非线性、运行噪音大、电能损耗大等缺点。针对上述情景,提出一种线性滤波电抗绕组集成于储能变流系统隔离变压器的技术方案。通过电磁场理论分析、有限元仿真分析和原理样机试验等方式,对变压器集成滤波电抗绕组的电磁解耦和电感线性等特性进行研究,并验证所提出技术方案的可行性。

Abstract:In low-voltage distribution networks there exist commonly issues, such as large gaps between peak and valley loads, three-phase unbalance, voltage dips, etc. Therefore, as a measure for strong power grid construction, it is of significance to update and reconstruct the existing distribution systems and overcome their weaknesses. As an emerging technical solution, energy storage is capable of delaying or reducing the capacity expansion and construction of equipment in distribution systems, providing active and reactive power supports, improving power supply reliability and power quality, achieving peak shaving and valley filling of loads, etc. In low-voltage distribution networks, energy storage units are of modularization and miniaturized scale, and installed in distributed manner. As physical space for equipment is strictly limited in power conversion systems, it is not suitable to use the bulky air-core inductors although with desired inductance linearity, thus iron-core inductors in relatively smaller size are generally adopted as the filtering inductor at the output. However, the iron-core inductors have shortcomings such as magnetic saturation in their iron cores, inductance nonlinearity, as well as excessive noise and large power losses in operation. As a solution to the above-mentioned situation, a scheme of linear filtering inductor integrated in isolation transformer in energy storage power conversion system is proposed. By means of theoretical analysis with electromagnetic field theory, finite element simulation, and prototype experiment, the characteristics of electromagnetic decoupling and inductance linearity of the proposes transformer integrated filtering inductor are investigated. It is validated that the proposed scheme is feasible.
