我国能源互联网发展模式及规划方案探索
摘要:近年来我国已逐步推行能源互联网发展战略，旨在构建以电力系统为核心与纽带，多能耦合的高度智能化能源网络，实现整体能源效率提升和多能紧密互动。基于我国能源互联网发展现状，整合各国加快能源转型发展模式及能源互联网建设思路，从能源互联网面临形势、发展模式、发展规划方案三个层面对我国能源互联网的下一步推广落地提供指南。提出了“一个目标、两个基点、三大领域、四重效益、五大任务”发展模式，深入探索我国能源互联网未来5年规划建设方案。并从经济拉动、能源保障、环境治理、产业创新、协调发展等方面对我国能源互联网进行效益评估，论证方案的社会、经济效益和环境友好性。
Abstract：In recent years, China has gradually promoted the development strategy of energy Internet, aiming to build a highly intelligent energy network with power system as the core and multi-energy coupling, to achieve energy efficiency improvement and the close interaction of multi-energy. Based on the current development of China's energy internet, this paper integrates the energy transformation development model and energy internet construction ideas from other countries, and provides guidance on the next step of China's energy internet from the three levels of energy internet as the situation, development model and development planning. We propose the development model of ‘one goal, two basic points, three major areas, four benefits and five major tasks’， and further explore the plan for the construction of China Energy Internet in the next five years. Then, with the benefit assessment of China's energy internet from the aspects of economic pull, energy security, environmental governance, industrial innovation, and coordinated development, we demonstrate the social, economic benefits and environmental friendliness of the program.
