基于光散射法燃煤电厂烟尘浓度的在线测量系统研究
摘要:当前燃煤锅炉尾部烟尘浓度测量技术是一项重要的研究内容,烟尘排放指标日趋严格,现有的烟尘监测手段难以满足全天候实时在线测量的需求。研究基于光散射法烟尘浓度的在线测量方法及系统,利用电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device,CCD)图像传感器快速成像的优势,结合光学法灵敏度高、重复性好、可在线测量等特点,对烟尘浓度进行测量研究。相较于已有的浓度测量技术,光散射法浓度测量的精度远远高于其他测量方法,而且属于无扰测量。研发系统旨在解决燃煤电厂烟尘浓度实时监测等难题,以提高电厂监测水平。

Abstract:Currently, dust concentration measurement technology of the coal-fired boiler is an important research. The emissions target is gradually strict. Many dust monitoring tools can't meet the needs of real-time online measurements. This paper studies the online measurement system of dust concentration based on light scattering. Taking the advantages of charge coupled device (CCD) in fast imaging of image sensor and combining with optical method, which has high sensitivity, good reproducibility, on-line measurement and other good optical characteristics, this paper introduces dust concentration measurement system. Compared with the existing concentration measurement technologies, the light scattering method has much higher accuracy than other measurement methods', and it belongs to the technology measurement that doesn't interfere with the object. The research and development system is aimed to solve the real-time monitoring of the dust concentration in coal-fired power pant and improve the level of environmental monitoring.
