新能源电源出力变化对电网结构脆弱性影响分析及应对
摘要:结构脆弱性反映的是系统故障时网络拓扑结构能够保持完整并且继续保持正常运行的能力。近年来大量新能源电源并网运行,而新能源电源出力波动特性会导致电网结构脆弱性发生变化,因此评估新能源出力对结构脆弱性的影响十分必要。首先通过求取各个线路结构脆弱性指标的平均值来计算电网整体结构脆弱性指标;然后基于蒙特卡洛法分析新能源电源出力波动时电网整体结构脆弱性指标的均值与方差,来指导如何选择电源进行功率平衡调节;最后以IEEE-39节点系统接入新能源电源为例,对该方法的有效性和可行性进行验证,证明其对含新能源电源电网的安全稳定运行、事故预防都具有很好的指导意义。
Abstract:Structural vulnerability is an electrical term description of a network topology that can remain intact and continues to maintain normal operational capability when the system fails. Recent years, a large number of renewable energy sources are incorporated into the power grid. However, because of the characteristics of output fluctuation, the renewable energy sources will change the structural vulnerability of the power grid when it runs. So it is essential to assess the structural vulnerability of the power grid which contains renewable energy sources. This paper first calculates the overall structural vulnerability index of the grid by calculating the average of the structural vulnerability indexes of each line;then, based on the Monte Carlo method, analyzes the expectation and variance of the overall structural vulnerability index when output fluctuates and guides how to select the sources for power balance adjustment. Finally, choosing the IEEE-39 node system accessing renewable energy source as an example, this paper verifies the validity and feasibility of the proposed method and proves that it has a good guiding significance for the safety and stable operation of the power grid with containing renewable energy sources, and for the prevention of accidents.
