环形介电弹性体发电机的输出特性研究
摘要:目的 能源是当今世界经济社会发展的重要物质基础。伴随着传统能源的日渐枯竭,可再生能源的收集与利用凸显出重要意义。介电弹性体是一种新型软质智能材料,具有机电双向耦合特性,可用于制作介电弹性体发电机以产生电能。 方法 首先,设计并制作一种环形介电弹性体发电机;然后,通过分析其工作流程、发电机理与能量转换机制,建立环形介电弹性体发电机的数学模型,用以描述其发电性能与偏置电压、外部负载、预拉伸倍数之间的关系。最后,通过实验验证所建立数学模型的有效性。 结果 预拉伸倍数、拉伸位移和偏置电压的增加都有助于提高环形介电弹性体发电机的发电性能。 结论 该项工作对介电弹性体发电机的设计具有指导意义。
Abstract:Objectives Energy is an important physical basis for economic and social development in modern world. Accompanied by the gradual depletion of traditional energy sources, the collection and utilization of renewable energy sources has become significant. Dielectric elastomer is a new soft intelligent material with electromechanical bidirectional coupling characteristics, which can be used to make the dielectric elastomer generator to generate electricity. Methods A circular dielectric elastomer generator was designed and fabricated firstly. Then, by analyzing its workflow, generator theory and energy conversion mechanism, the mathematical model of the circular dielectric elastomer generator was established to describe the relationship between its power generation performance and the bias voltage, external load and pre-stretching multiplier. Finally, the validity of the established mathematical model was verified by practical experiments. Results The increase of pre-stretching multiplier, stretching displacement and bias voltage can help to improve the power generation performance of the circular dielectric elastomer generator. Conclusions This work provides the guidance for the design of dielectric elastomer generators.
