富氢气体脱除CO催化剂的制备及性能研究
摘要:通过使用不同浓度的碳酸铵溶液沉淀硝酸铝溶液,制备出结构和性质不同的氧化铝载体,然后在其上负载钴,得到用于脱除富氢气体中CO的催化剂。表征和评价结果表明,通过改变碳酸铵的浓度,可以简洁高效地控制和优化氧化铝前驱体的物相组成,调整氧化铝的结构、形貌、织构性质和孔径分布,进而实现调控负载钴的颗粒大小、还原度、分散度及表面化学性质等,最终优化了富氢气体脱除CO的催化性能,CO残留量仅为0.2 nmol/L,完全满足Pt电极燃料电池的使用要求。
Abstract:Alumina supports with different structures and properties were prepared by precipitating aluminum nitrate solution with different concentrations of ammonium carbonate solution, and then cobalt was loaded on them to obtain a catalyst for removing CO from hydrogen rich gas. The characterization and evaluation results show that the phase composition of alumina precursor can be simply and efficiently controlled and optimized, the structure, morphology, texture properties and pore size distribution of alumina can be adjusted, and thus the particle size, reduction, dispersion and surface chemical properties of loaded cobalt can be adjusted, by changing the concentration of ammonium carbonate. Finally, the catalytic performance of CO removal from hydrogen rich gas can be optimized, and the residual amount of CO is only 0.2 nmol/L, fully meeting the use requirements of Pt electrode fuel cell.
