尿素热解制氨工艺在1000MW燃煤电厂的应用与优化
摘要:尿素热解制氨工艺凭借其安全无毒的优势已经在多个电厂得到应用,但是在应用过程中存在沉积物堵塞等问题。国内某电厂1 000 MW机组的尿素热解装置在运行过程中由于脱硝增压风机磨蚀导致热解风量不足,电加热器出力受限,以及尿素溶液喷枪雾化效果差等原因,导致热解炉、出口管道以及喷氨格栅等被沉积物严重堵塞。通过定期检查清理、优化调整运行参数、增强系统控制等手段,解决了系统堵塞的问题,并且明显降低了尿素耗量,每年节省大宗物质消耗成本达130万元,提高了机组可靠性与经济性,可为国内外其他配置尿素热解工艺的电厂提供借鉴。
Abstract:Urea pyrolysis technology has been applied in many coal-fired power plants with it's advantages of safety and nontoxicity, but there are problems such as sediment plugging in the application. A 1 000 MW unit with urea pyrolysis system was seriously blocked in pyrolysis furnace, export pipeline and ammonia spraying grid, for pyrolytic air lacking caused by the abrasion of bofoster fans, electric heater output limiting, poor atomization effect of spraying guns and so on. According to regular inspection and cleaning, optimizing and adjusting operation parameters, enhancing system control, the problem of blocking was solved. The consumption of urea was reduced, 1.3 million yuan of cost was cut down every year. The reliability and economy of units were increased.
